Q. Can I access Epic in the Library?

Epic can be accessed on any of the computers located at BICC Library or the Graduate Learning Resource Center at RLSB.

Users should go to the Windows start menu (lower left) and navigate to "My OHSU Applications." If a user does not have a remote Epic account, they should contact their department to have one set up.

Access to the Epic system is granted by roles and must be requested by a supervisor or manager. A network account is required to gain Epic access. Depending on their role, the user may also need to complete the required Compass training in order to access Epic. Users who have completed the Compass courses and do not have access should reach out to their supervisor or manager for further assistance.
