The Zotero plugin for Web links is called Zotero Connector and Chrome, Safari, and Firefox versions can be found here:
https://www.zotero.org/download/connectors

Note: When the link opens it will default to the Connector for the browser being used. Links for the other 2 browser downloads can be found on the lower left of the screen.
