Q. Where can I get technical support for EndNote?

Unfortunately, neither the Library nor OHSU ITG can provide support for technical problems with EndNote. 

The Library is happy to teach users how to use EndNote to manage references and format citations in manuscripts, but for technical support issues beyond those use cases, your best bet is to contact EndNote Support. 

Everyone at OHSU has access to EndNote Support by virtue of our site license.   EndNote Support technicians are friendly, helpful, and very skilled at finding the solution to your EndNote problems.
