Q. I work for an OHSU affiliated hospital, why does my network id not work for OHSU Library resources?

Due to licensing restrictions from publishers, we can only provide journal and database access to current OHSU Students, Faculty and Staff. Access does not extend to employees of Tuality Healthcare/ OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center (HMC) or Adventist even if you have an OHSU network ID.

Due to licensing restrictions from publishers, we can only provide online journal and database access to current OHSU Students, Faculty and Staff. OHSU Library does not manage access to Library resources for OHSU-affiliated hospitals and clinics, such as Hillsboro Medical Center, Adventist, or Mid-Columbia Medical Center. This includes the resource UpToDate. If you work in one of those hospitals, please contact your department administrator to learn what resources are available to you.  

If you are an Oregon Licensed Health Professional, you can have access to Access Medicine but no other OHSU Library resources unless you come to OHSU Library and use our network. If you're an MD or DO, we can facilitate access to a service called Reprints Desk that will allow you to request articles from PubMed.
