If you don't receive email to reset the password for your library account and it is not located in your spam folder, it is likely being blocked by your email provider. These messages are automatically generated by our system and will occasionally be blocked by certain providers as a result, particularly with Comcast and government email addresses. 

We have tried to resolve this issue multiple times to varying degrees of success. If this continues occur, you will need to provide a different email address (such as gmail, yahoo, etc.) to use your library account because we are unable to fix the issue.
