Q. Too many login attempts

After too many unsuccessful attempts, you may receive the following error message:

IntruderUserAttempts or IntruderIPAttempts: Your account has been locked.
You have tried to log in with invalid information within a short time interval from the same IP address.
Please try again in 15 minutes or contact the library if you need help.

If this occurs, you will need to wait 15 minutes before logging in again. If the error persists after waiting the allotted time, please contact the library for assistance.
