Q. Why am I having trouble installing SAS from Windows Software Center?

When using Windows Software Center to install SAS on an OHSU computer, ensure that your device is not connected to the OHSU VPN, as it will prevent you from installing SAS and give an error message 100% of the time. To successfully complete this process, disconnect your device from the VPN before attempting to install SAS using from the Software Center.
