Spaces

When OHSU declares “modified operations,” the Library’s physical locations will be closed.  Virtual services (chat, e-mail, phone voicemail) will be available during regular hours.  The Library’s BICC 4th floor 24-hour space is available to anyone with an OHSU badge unless Facilities decides to close the building.

Requests and holds

Requests for print items and document delivery (articles scanned from print) will be delayed until Library staff are able to return to campus after modified operations ends. If you no longer need your item, please cancel your request by signing in to your Library account.

Returns

You are not expected to return an overdue book during modified operations.  OHSU Library does not charge overdue fines, and many items automatically renew if no one else needs them. If your overdue item does not automatically renew, please return it as soon as you are safely able to do so after the end of modified operations.

Other questions

Please contact us if you need help finding electronic items to meet your needs during the Library’s closure.

Any questions?  Staff working remotely during modified options are available to help!  Please see our Contact Us page for options.
