Q. When I tried to use an e-book I got a message that it's checked out (or in use). What's going on?

Some of our e-books have limited-user licenses, which means that only a limited number of users can access the book at a time. Try again later and chances are you'll be able to use it. If the e-book(s) you want are continuously in use, please contact us and we will look into purchasing another site license.
