Q. How can I access resource material if I am an Oregon health professional but not affiliated with OHSU?

Oregon health professionals not affiliated with OHSU can obtain information and resources several different ways:

• Visit the OHSU Library, Monday–Friday from 8:00 am–4:00 pm to access online materials and 8:00 am–5:30 pm to borrow physical books.
• Use free online databases like those from the National Library of Medicine.
• Request OHSU-owned materials via interlibrary loan for $14 if unable to visit in person. To submit a request, email libdoc@ohsu.edu. 
• Purchase articles directly from journal publishers for immediate access.
• Use public library interlibrary loan services, which are typically free.
• Qualify for free article delivery through licensure fees if you are an MD or DO.
