Yes, there are self-service scanners located in both the OHSU Library at BICC (3rd floor) as well as the Graduate Learing Resource Center in the CLSB on the waterfront. Scans can be saved to a USB flash drive or by using a smartphone with a QR code reader. Scans can also be saved to a Google Drive account or a Dropbox account. There is no charge for using the self-service scanner. USB flash drives can be purchased at the Library Service Desk in the BICC for $10.

There are also several apps available that allow you to use your phone to scan documents. A couple of examples have been linked below.
